Table Ball: Sporting Rules and Technical Regulations
Rules are set at the beginning of each season.
Technical Regulations
The Ball
The official ball must be composed of high-quality synthetic leather filled with millet in order to eliminate bounce and to allow easy table landings.
Each ball is a sturdy 12-panel construction for the ideal weight, 130g with a 62mm circumference.
The Playing Area
The playing area is composed of 4 tables, one bench, and 2 level counters.
Each side of the playing area has one circle table- 36 inches diameter- and one 40 inch square table. Each table is a hard surface surrounded by 2-4 chairs. While the heights of the tables may vary from playing area to area, the most common heights are 34 inches for the square tables and 40 inches for circle tables.
The middle bench is 48 inches long, 18 inches wide, and 18 inches tall. The standard materials of the bench are soft vinyl of varying designs.
The hard surface level counters are 40 inches tall. They are made of pine and sit atop a series of lockable compartments, each with its own combination.
The minimum dimensions of the playing area are 24 feet long by 18 ft wide.

Two teams with a minimum of two players (ballers) compete against one another to 11 points.
Teams stand behind the wooden counter surfaces and alternate tossing the balls attempting to land the ball on one of the surfaces. Each surface presents a specific difficulty.
Official Rules
Points are scored by landing the ball on a surface.
The surfaces closest to the ballers side are worth 1 point.
